Mayor Jeannie Sandoval led the swearing-in ceremony for the newly elected officials of the Panlungsod Pederasyon ng mga Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) in Malabon. The event, held at the Session Hall of the Malabon City Hall on November 14, saw the induction of key positions within the SK Federation. Among these were John Edwin Dimagiba, who secured the presidency representing San Agustin, Aliciarose Gonzales from Tugatog as Vice President, Vince D. De Silva of Tonsuya as Secretary, Irish S. Evangelista from Longos as Treasurer, Harmony C. Silverio from Niugan as Auditor, Kaila Felix representing Bayan-bayanan as Public Relations Officer (PRO), and Vien Marwin Martin from Ibaba as Sergeant at Arms.

The day's activities extended beyond the oath-taking ceremony. An Orientation of Duties and Responsibilities was conducted, enlightening the newly elected officials about the scope and responsibilities of their roles.

Facilitated by the Board of Election Supervisors, composed of notable figures like OIC-City Dir. Jess Marie A. Acoba from DILG Malabon, Atty. Jethmal Dayaldas from Comelec, and Atty. Rommel Bernardo, Secretariat to Sanggunian, the event aimed to prepare and educate the SK officials for their upcoming responsibilities.

Moreover, the proceedings involved the participation of 21 SK Chairpersons from various barangays across Malabon City. Serving as Panel of Observers were individuals of prominence such as Pres. Philip Oyog from Rotary Club, PCOL Jay Baybayan from MCPS, and Dr. Cecille G. Carandang from SDO Malabon. Their presence added credibility and impartial oversight to the election process, ensuring fairness and transparency.

Mayor Jeannie Sandoval's active participation underscored the city's commitment to empowering its youth and fostering responsible leadership among young officials. The engagement of various prominent figures and organizations highlighted a collective effort towards shaping the future leaders of Malabon City.
