Malabon Senior High students attend work immersion orientation
The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) spearheaded an orientation for the work immersion program of 110 senior high school students from Tinajeros National High School last Friday.
The students will begin their work immersion in various local government offices from Monday, March 13 to March 24, 2023.
The program aims to equip the students with knowledge and skills about different types of jobs they are interested in pursuing. The work immersion program also provides them with a practical approach to learning and exposes them to the actual work environment.
According to Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval, the work immersion program is an opportunity for students to apply the theories and concepts they learned in school in real-life work situations.
The city government hopes that through this program, the students will gain a better understanding of their career choices and make informed decisions about their future.
