Malabon mayor supports supplementary feeding program
Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval expressed her support to Malabon City's Community Social Welfare and Development Department (CSWDD) in their efforts to combat malnutrition through the 120 Days Supplementary Feeding program. The program provides more than 4,100 enrolled children in 33 daycare centers with nutritious food.
Mayor Sandoval commended the program's success in addressing the needs of children in Malabon City and expressed her hopes for its continuation. She emphasized the importance of partnerships among local government units in addressing health and welfare concerns in their respective communities.
The program is part of Malabon City's comprehensive approach to promoting health and nutrition among its residents. The CSWDD, in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development National Capital Region (DSWD NCR), continues to implement programs that aim to improve the quality of life of Malabon City's constituents.
