Malabon mobilizes vehicles for free transportation
The Malabon local government has deployed an additional six vehicles to provide free transportation to commuters affected by the transport strike. This brings the total number of vehicles circulating around the city to 18, which will operate until 9 p.m.
The move aims to alleviate the hardships of commuters who are left stranded due to the nationwide transport strike. The additional vehicles will cater to the needs of workers, students, and residents who depend on public transportation for their daily activities.
The local government expresses its gratitude to the Philippine National Police (PNP) for their assistance in deploying these vehicles to serve the public. The PNP has been instrumental in providing additional support to ensure the smooth operation of the free transportation program.
Commuters are advised to take advantage of this free transportation service and to plan their trips accordingly. The local government of Malabon assures the public that they will continue to find ways to provide assistance and support to the people of Malabon, especially during times of crisis.
