60 tech-voc students in Malabon get educational aid
60 Tech-Voc students from various programs of the Malabon City Manpower Training Center (MCMTC) expressed their joy upon receiving their educational assistance on Tuesday, March 28. Each student received financial assistance ranging from P2,000 to P5,000, depending on their program, such as Basic Computer, Welding, Tailoring, Dress Making, and Electronics.
The program aims to provide knowledge to each student so they can develop a livelihood or business and prepare for their upcoming training and assessment exams from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval said that the city is committed to supporting the education and development of its students, particularly in technical and vocational skills. The financial assistance is just one of the many ways the city government helps its constituents achieve their goals and improve their lives.
The MCMTC, in partnership with TESDA, offers various technical and vocational courses to Malabon City residents who are interested in enhancing their skills and learning new trades. The center is equipped with modern facilities and a team of qualified instructors who ensure that each student receives quality training and education.
The educational assistance given to the Tech-Voc students is a testament to the city government's dedication to promoting education and empowering its citizens to achieve their aspirations.
