Fifty happy couples celebrated a dream come true as they exchanged vows in a mass wedding ceremony, Kasalang Bayan, at Fisher Mall in Malabon. The Fisher Mall Event Center was filled with love and happiness as Mayor Jeannie Sandoval officiated the ceremony.
Mayor Sandoval made the event even more special by providing a wedding cake and cupcakes for the couples, as well as arranging for a violinist to play during the ceremony. She expressed her gratitude to the event's primary sponsors, Zonta President Ms. Aileen Moleen del Rosario and Fisher Mall President Mr. Robert Raymond del Rosario, for making the mass wedding possible.
The newlyweds were also treated to grocery packs, cash gifts, and a delicious feast courtesy of the local government, adding to the celebration of their special day. The event was a testament to the city's commitment to promoting family values and strengthening community ties.
The Kasalang Bayan mass wedding ceremony is part of Malabon City's efforts to promote marriage as an institution and encourage couples to legalize their union. The city government aims to provide couples with a cost-effective and hassle-free way to get married, with the added benefit of the support and guidance of the local government.
The event was a joyous celebration of love and unity, and the newlyweds left the ceremony with hearts full of happiness and gratitude.
