Malabon hosts National Arts Month show
In celebration of National Arts Month, Malabon City hosted this year’s “Tampukan,” which featured the performances of the various school-based theater groups in the National Capital Region.
Held at Malabon City’s Bulwagang Tambobong, the event not only highlighted the talent of each group but also the different cultures of the Philippines’ many regions.
“Tunay na napakaraming talento at kultura na dapat nating ipagmalaki mula sa iba’t ibang panig ng ating bansa,” the Malabon City government said in a statement.
The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) event was conducted in partnership with the City Government of Malabon.
